In such cases, luckpk reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Account Holders are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. luckpk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Account Holder has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Any suspected compromise of account security must be reported to luckpk support immediately.
luckpk reserves the right to close or suspend any account that has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to any such action, luckpk will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account Holder using the contact details on record.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by luckpk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the luckpk platform, Account Holders are required to first raise the matter with luckpk's customer support team, providing full details of the disputed transaction, wager, or event. luckpk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Account Holders may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority under which luckpk operates. luckpk will cooperate fully with any such process. All disputes are to be submitted in writing. Verbal disputes will not be formally investigated without a subsequent written record.
